We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay! 😊 Our return process is here to make things simple and worry-free.
Returns – 14 Days of Flexibility
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Just ensure that your item is unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging (with any tags included). Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be happy with your order, so please check your item as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or if we sent the wrong item, let us know immediately so we can fix the issue quickly. Just send us a message at contact@lt3studio.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

• Custom or personalized items (since they’re made just for you!)
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the one you have and place a new order. Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll be all set to get exactly what you need.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Just a friendly reminder that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process the refund.)
